Supply Chain Management
We are merging our flagship logistics and operations management automation system with OT protocol to offer one of the first proven end-to-end logistics management automation systems offering traceability through the blockchain with OT. This solution allows OT Traceability to be seamlessly integrated into the operations of our product, allowing it to provide valuable operations automation functions (OMS, WMS, Middleware) to clients, while automatically managing the movement, verification, and authenticity of stock based on OT's authentication. This allows brands to monitor authenticity and movement throughout the supply chain, while ensuring customers are able to receive verified product and traceability throughout their ordering experience.
We process millions of orders from omni-channel sources each day - these orders are parsed and distributed out to relevant stock or inventory locations where pickers and packers use our Warehouse Management software to pick, pack, and ship orders. We envision integrating OT as an option for a client to activate within our system that would enable them to embed OT protocols into their order line items for specific products that they are using for OT traceability. We would then provide this information to customers, brands, and logistics managers as products move through the distribution system on our platform, allowing them to verify the authenticity of the product that is being handled, shipped, or received.
We powered the omnichannel order and fulfillment management for three of the top five sellers on Alibaba's Singles Day over the past three years - including click and collect and ship from store functions. Our system processes over 3 million orders in one day with 99.9% accuracy and no oversell. Our order manager also processes orders.

I have done research around OT and understanding the problem, and client requirements for traceability using the OT protocol. I performed several test setups on the OT test network and explored creating a node.
The problem is that traceability using current authentication technology is facing an adoption issue as it is not natively offered as part of a logistics management or warehouse management system. A brand or client that wants traceability needs to have two different systems that perform different functions. This makes it difficult for operational staff and makes it challenging for existing client operations to morph to fit the operational model.
We plan to scale through the existing client base first, and then to actively market to clients with traceability needs such as food and beverage manufacturers, as well as luxury goods businesses to utilise our system for their logistics automation needs, while offering integrated traceability and authentication through OT.
We have a significant presence and experience in China and Japan, key target markets for traceability products. Our ability to tell a story on the market about our work with singles day brands and solving ecommerce challenges for brands gives us credibility when offering traceability and commerce management automation in one package.
